And the victim was a client of lawyer Graziella GIOVIALE (“MariaGrazia”), sister of the CONVICTED for FRAUD, the former “lawyer” DISBARRED from the bar association, of the “legal firm” GIOVIALE & Partners in Soverato, CARMINE VINCENZO GIOVIALE (“Enzo GIOVIALE”). DEFRAUDED by GIOVIALE, he finally clarified that in the pending civil dispute at the detached section of Chiaravalle Centrale (CZ – Catanzaro), near Soverato, the place of the FRAUD, lawyer GIOVIALE involved other parties, namely the company WINTRADE S.r.l. and a certain Fazio Felice whom he knows from having seen in GIOVIALE’s office but not from having had any professional and economic relationships with him.
